Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Moments Studio Digital sells 100% digital, downloadable products (PDF guides and related digital content). Because these files are delivered instantly and can be accessed, downloaded, and printed immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem — such as a corrupted file, a broken download link, or you did not receive access to your purchase — contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will resolve the issue by providing a working file or replacement access, at no additional cost.

Accidental or Duplicate Purchases

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, or purchased by mistake, contact us within 48 hours of the purchase and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
